We also do certs. for landlords/rented property.

 

Computerised servings for higher efficiency, (basically) we use electronic equipment similar to what's used by the NCT on your car to measure emissions and efficiency.

We have over €2000 worth of testing equipment per van, to provide a maximum efficient boiler after a proper professional service.

Basically, more than 40% goes to the government 

With Vat and income tax.

"Once you get a receipt"

Which we provide.

 

OTHERS DO CASH DEALS  which we don't recommend = NO insurance or callback.but that's up to you.

 

30% to expenses

Vans,fuel, insurance, accountants, and other overheads.

 

We get to keep the last 30%  

€120  =  €40 into my pocket after expensives.

That's normal business margin for most self-employed.

Just thought I'd explain, (for us all who give receipts)

NO RECEIPT = NO INSURANCE, that's a big factor between registered or no receipt.

Price increases by €10 every 3 years.  ( That's fair 👍)

In line with inflation 

 

ACV & GEMINOX boiler's are an extra €20 due to extra work entailed.

 OIL COOKERS or COMBI BOILERS  

 

 After over 20,000+ oil boiler services, we know a thing or two about boilers, you won't find anybody more experienced in oil boiler servicing than us.

PS, we also fix boilers after "others", but it's classed as normal full service fee.

 

 

 

 

We also replace oil boilers in our quiet months, April - July.

 

 

But if you need a replacement boiler outside these months, we're happy to provide names of plumbers we recommend and operate alongside for years.

Remember, we're around for over 30 years and know who's reliable.

 

 

Cash or Card payment accepted, even over the phone for your convenience. We use Bank of Ireland Visa Machine for safe transaction's.
